Hello HOTTIE August!

Hello May!

June is the beginning of summer for so many of us. (For some of us it started in May)

The time when the sun is peeking out, we want to spend less time indoors behind a computer and more time doing all of the fun things.

I am dropping 10 ways you can save 10 hours a month - hit reply with TIME to get your copy first! Start living your life on your terms and not the demands of work.

(If you don't want to know what I'm up to just scroll to the title: when you work for yourself)

Last month we were headed to the sweet town of Twisp, WA. A place I haven't been to since my 20's when my brother lived in the Methow Valley with his girlfriend.

We were looking forward to the small town vibe, local breweries, my favorite general store, live music and the local farmers market.

This time was going to be spent with Nave' (my girlfriend and travel partner) practicing her public art installation pieces. You check that out here.

I was going to spend this time working with clients, reading, hiking and enjoying the mountain air.

However, our host had a dental emergency and cancelled last minute. (We travel through Trusted Housesitters - house and pet sitting in exchange for accommodations). This left us scrambling last minute to get a hotel for a week, another housesit, canceling airfare and train tickets and rebooking.

It was stressful - but a part of travel - especially in this form (thankfully, also not a regular occurrence!)

But we made it through and are on to exciting things for the summer! We are headed to Portland, OR where there are so many things going of for summer that I absolutely cannot wait for!

One of the beauties of running your own business

is the freedom to live your life on your terms.

I find though that many entrepreneurs, create not one job for themselves but many. When you work for someone else you have a marketing department, sales department, HR, accounting, training, research and development and so much more.

When you work for yourself - you are .....

all of the things all of the time.

How do you juggle it all, especially if you have human demands like the need for a shower, food, water and clean clothes? And then especially if you are responsible for other humans and their survival?

While I can't answer all of those questions in this newsletter, helpful tips are in the FREEBIE on how to save 10 hours this month, be sure to grab your copy by hitting reply (I am offering you an extra special gift for bein the first to grab it before it actually releases into the world)

June is special because not only am I going to be diving into How to Get More Done in Less Time in the Facebook Group,

I am also hosting a 5-day challenge with Julianna Linder. This challenge is for busy moms with a side hustle. Over 5 days we will help you dive into what you want your summer to look like and how to set it your time up for success. Focusing on what you want and need to, at the right times so you can be present in your work and with your family. No more laptops at the pool, or mom guilt over not being present at the beach.
